In a country where over half of all households are led by women and about 5.5 million children were born without their father’s name on the record, talking about fatherhood means talking about presence.

For Father’s Day, Casas Bahia - Brazilian largest retailer - shed light on this truth through the story of Daniel, who are choosing a different path: one built on love, connection, and presence.

Narrated and performed by Daniel himself and his family, the film explores Daniel's thoughts about his father’s absence since he was 3 months old, the moment they meet again as adults, and his chance to do different as a father.
